Welcome to Depcen Technologies. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our products or submitting project requests.

1. Services Offered

Depcen provides custom software solutions including CRM, Real Estate CRM, Automation Systems, Website, and Mobile App Development. Each project’s scope, timeline, and cost are defined and agreed upon before development begins.

2. Project Scope & Pricing

All software development projects follow a customer-based pricing model. Custom pricing applies only to software development and does not cover hardware, hosting, or third-party integrations unless otherwise specified.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate project requirements, necessary data, and timely feedback to ensure smooth delivery. Any delays in providing feedback may impact project timelines.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all source code and deliverables become the property of the client, unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Depcen retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

5. Technical Support

Each completed software project includes 5 months of free technical support for bug fixes and operational assistance. Feature upgrades or additional modules are chargeable.

6. Payment Terms

Payment milestones will be mutually agreed upon. Work will proceed as per the payment schedule outlined in the official quotation or project agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Depcen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software or services provided.

8. Confidentiality

All client information, project details, and data shared with Depcen are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if terms are violated or payments are delayed. Any work completed up to the date of termination remains billable.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore, Karnataka.
